At the moment, Marc Zaro is continuing his education in the University of Chicago’s Certified Private Wealth Advisory program. In 2019 Marc Zaro founded GM Capital Private Wealth, where he serves as president. GM Capital Private Wealth targets a distin­guished clientele including corporate execu­tives, qualified buyers, insti­tu­tional investors and board members of multi-billion dollar public entities. Marc’s expertise in both private and public equity markets allows him to represent a wide range of clients domes­ti­cally and inter­na­tionally. His leadership at GM Capital is charac­terized by a client-centric approach aimed at providing trusted expertise and tailored portfolio recom­men­da­tions.

Prior to founding GM Capital, Marc gained valuable experience at Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc., where he joined as an investment advisor repre­sen­tative in November 2017. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, he was a regis­tered repre­sen­tative of AXA Advisors in Manhattan. New York. His primary focus at AXA was the imple­men­tation and monitoring of 144 Restricted Stock and the Financial Wellness Program for clients with group retirement plans. This compre­hensive program is designed to help planning partic­i­pants identify and prior­itize their financial goals and develop actionable strategies. It encouraged ongoing collab­o­ration between advisors and partic­i­pants, fostering a long-term advisor relationship that spanned their careers and into retirement.

Marc’s mission is to accompany his clients throughout their entire financial journey, helping them create inter­gen­er­a­tional wealth and transfer their inher­i­tance in a tax-optimized manner.
